PREABLE

In recognition of the need for trained and mature leadership in the church and society in Africa and the World, GLD has been established in December 2024 as an organization reaching out to the needy by building the capacity with biblical values, principles, and teachings of leadership.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. We believe the Holy Scriptures, as originally given by God to be divinely inspired infallible, without error and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
2. We believe in One God, eternal existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

VISION

An organization committed to building and increasing the capacity to lead and deploying leaders to impact the evangelical body and the community for effective ministry and sustainable development.

MISSION

Global Leadership Development is a non-denominational Christian organization which exists to identify the needs, equip, empower, and establish strong and dependable leadership based on biblical leadership values and principles in the church and community and help fulfill the Great Commission in Zambia, Africa, and the World.

OBJECTIVES

1. To equip and develop leaders in the church and the community with leadership skills.
2. To promote biblical values and principles among our churches and the community.
3. To equip and train church leaders and community leaders with entrepreneurship and life skills.
4. To facilitate evangelism and church planting
5. To equip and motivate the believers for effective personal evangelism.
6. To up lift the living standards of the vulnerable, especially the women leadership
7. To sensitize the leaders and communities on issues of HIV/AIDS.
8. To help reach Africa and the world by mobilizing leaders to reach out with influence, labour, finances, and expertise.
9. To encourage local and continental partnerships and networks among churches, mission, agencies, and individuals towards helping fulfill the Great Commission.
